Kroslak Bakery was purchased from Sherri Troped by the Kroslak family in September of 1981. David Sr and his father Stefan worked together for many years until Stefan's passing in 1994. David now runs and operates the family business with his wife, children, and other members of the Kroslak family.

We sell new and reconditioned bakery equipment. Our specialty is used Hobart mixers. All mixers are completely reconditioned. Changing of all bearings and seals are mandatory. Any worn gears and shafts are also replaced. Mixers are then primed and painted with high grade paint. All mixers come with a 1 year warranty. lf mixer cannot be repaired on customer's site, K.B.E. will have the mixer brought in for repair, and in return give the customer a loaner. Customer satisfaction is our TOP priority.

We also sell Ovens, Scale-O-Matics, Freezers, and much more. We not only sell large items we have a variety of smallwares in our showroom such as Food Coloring,Tips, Baking Pans (Round, Square, Rectangular, Heart), Aprons, Chef Apparel, Cooking Utensils, Pizza Equipment, and last but not least we have a huge variety of Cookie Cutters.
